  • To identify appropriate questions to ask without jeopardising the case of the member.

  • In the workshop participants will be given the opportunity to practice the skills through intensive role-play.

Unionists with a systematic understanding of the LRA, in particular the law of dismissal and who are expected to represent members in arbitration.
